This page describes how SalesBrain processes personal data. This is a working draft and will be finalized with legal review before public launch.

Data we process

  • Account data: company name, email, phone provided at registration.
  • Call data: transcripts and AI analysis of your calls.
  • Usage data: minutes processed, number of calls, billing status.
  • Analytics: anonymous product analytics (PostHog), loaded only after you accept cookies.

What we do NOT store

We do not store call audio recordings. Recordings stay in your own CRM / telephony system. SalesBrain streams a recording for playback only while the provider link is valid (typically a few hours) and never keeps a copy on our servers — only the resulting transcript and analysis are saved.

How we use it

  • To provide the call-analysis service and show results in your dashboard and CRM.
  • To manage your subscription and usage limits.
  • To improve the product and provide support.

Storage and security

Data is stored in Supabase (EU region). CRM access tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Access is isolated per tenant. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw analytics consent at any time. Contact us at the email below.
