These terms govern your use of SalesBrain. This is a working draft and will be finalized with legal review before public launch.

The service

SalesBrain provides AI analysis of sales calls: transcription, scoring, checklists and red flags, delivered to your dashboard and CRM.

Plans and billing

• A free 7-day trial (100 minutes) is available without a credit card.
• Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are billed monthly via Stripe.
• When your minute limit or trial ends, call processing pauses until you upgrade or renew.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to record and analyze the calls you submit, and for complying with local call-recording and data-protection laws.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. AI analysis is advisory and may contain errors; it does not replace human judgment.
